The Piper USD 203 Facilities, Grounds and Maintenance Department

The Piper USD 203 Facilities, Grounds and Maintenance Department is proud to
maintain the district’s ten schools and administrative buildings, along with the athletic
facilities. We are also very excited about our new high school and Athletic Facility coming
in 2024.

Our Mission
To ensure all facilities are maintained to meet or exceed expectations, to include
cleanliness, maintenance, and groundskeeping, along with facilitating the needs of our
district wide staff and community.
