Piper High School senior, Annalia Escalante, competed in KC Bizfest and won the 1st place $2,500 scholarship! The University of Kansas has partnered with them to match it for a total of $5,000. KC Bizfest gives students the task of creating an extensive business plan in 3 days and pitching it in front of a panel of professionals.
