Bus Rules

1. Bus driver may assign seats.
2. Students are to use school appropriate language on the bus.
3. No eating or drinking on the bus.
4. Violence and bullying is prohibited on the bus.
5. Students must stay seated until their bus stop.
6. No drugs, tobacco, or alcohol on the bus.
7. Students should use quiet voices and keep their hands inside the bus.
8. Do not destroy bus property or the property of other passengers. 

Transportation services through the district’s school bus program is only available for the 4 year old students only. These buses are equipped with seat belts and/or harnesses. Parents/guardians will be responsible for providing transportation to and from the school. There are no mid-day busses. If you have any questions regarding transportation, please call DS Bus Lines at 913-721-9019. Parents or a responsible adult must be visible at the bus stop in the afternoon, or your child will not be allowed to exit the bus.
