• For the upcoming school year, we are moving to an email/fax registration. The facility use request form is found by clicking the Facilities Use Forms section to the left of this page. Please save the form to your home drive, fill it out and email to Lori Angello, langello@piperschools.com.


    The requests will be processed in the order they are received as shown by the date and time stamp on the email/fax.  Sign-up dates are as follows:

    Sign-up Guidelines:

    • Two reservations will be permitted per team, but each reservation for a time slot must be submitted on a separate facility use request form in a separate email/fax which allows you to put down a first and second choice for each request.
    • Requests received prior to 6:00 AM on the day of sign-ups will not be accepted.
    • Each request received will be expected to have payment made once approved so please do not have more than one person submitting requests for your team. The team name needs to be included under Group or Organization. Please do not send more than one email for the same reservation.
    • Make sure there is a legible phone number and email address on the request form where you or a representative for your team/troop can be reached in the event the first and second choices have already been reserved. We will make two attempts to contact you before we move on to the next request as we don’t want to hold up the process. We will contact you by phone unless you specify an email preference.
    • You will receive an email confirmation that your request has been received. The approved facility use request form will be emailed to you within 5 days of receipt.
    • A team roster will be required for each gym reservation which needs to list the child’s name, home address and school of attendance. The rosters must be received two weeks prior to the start of the session. A blank roster form can be found on the district website.
    • Available time slots are listed on the attached spreadsheet. Different schools have different time slots. An “X” represents the available times Monday - Friday at each school.
    • Payment is required within a week of facility use request approval. Payment can be made online at https://piperschools.revtrak.net/facilities-rental/#/list.
    • Fees for the facilities are as following:
      • Gym (90 minutes - once per week) – reservation sign-up fee - $175.00/season
      • Turf Field/Stadium (90 minutes - once per week) - reservation sign-up fee - $175.00/season                                      
      • Field (90 minutes - once per week) – reservation sign-up fee - $50.00/season                                     
      • Scouts (60 minutes) – one-time annual fee - $50.00/year


    We ask for your continued courtesy in the following areas for the 2020-2021 school year:

    • Contact the school if your team/group is not coming on its assigned night
    • Allow custodians time to clean up gyms after middle school games before teams take the gym floors
    • Be considerate of the custodians and staff members
    • Leave the reserved area as you found it
    • Do not show up more than 10 minutes early to allow groups time to complete their activity
    • Do not continue your practice beyond your reserved time, reservations are for 90 minutes for fields and gyms, 60 minutes for scout troops
    • Stay in reserved areas only
    • Carry your approved facility usage form with you at all times
    • Baseball/softball bats, regular (leather) baseballs, softballs, soccer balls, footballs are prohibited in gyms


    School activities and events take priority over community use.
