Facilities Rentals

Facility requests should be made using the following link. If you have specific questions related to facility please contact Emmy Martin (emmy.martin@piperschools.us). Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order in which they are received, as shown by the date and time stamp on the form submitted. No requests submitted before the sign-up date below will be processed.

Please note: Facility rentals may be affected or limited due to school athletics and activities.

Maintenance Requests

Requests for maintenance, repairs, or anything else to do with the facilities should be reported using the Jira Maintenance Request system. To get started, you will have to create an account by scanning the QR code below or visiting this link. Once you have created your account, you will be able to submit tickets to get help with repairs, maintenance, hanging of items on walls, or anything else to do with your classroom or building.

If you are not a staff member and have a maintenance request, please reach out to the building principal.
