• All buildings will have updated state of the art camera surveillance systems that allow for mobile access as well as on site access.
    • All buildings will have secured entrances with camera and ring in system.
    • All exteriors will have cameras strategically placed throughout the campus.
    • The district will employ at least one full-time School Resource Officer.
    • All buildings will perform at least one crisis drill on an annual basis.
    • All staff will be provided with A.L.I.C.E. training on an annual basis.
    • All radio communication devices will be utilized at all times during the school day by administrators and authorized staff.
    • Regular security updates and information will be communicated by building/district administration in order to continue to inform parents about security practices, improvements, procedures.
    • All buildings will have the Raptor entrance identification system installed and used by all visitors as they check in the main office.
    • The School Resource Officer will work in concert with administration regarding procedural drills, education, site evaluation, monitoring of premises, communications.
    • All safety and security procedures will be reviewed periodically throughout the school year and improvements/modifications will be made accordingly.
    • Crisis plans, student safety information are reviewed and updated in student handbooks and with students on an annual basis.
    • All crisis situations will be reported to the district office and safety authorities immediately.
