We have a strong commitment to excellence in education and to the students we serve.  We are always searching for talented and dedicated professionals to staff our schools.  We believe that Piper is a fantastic place to work and live!  Piper is a small and growing school district located on the northwestern edge of the KC Metro area.  The district is adjacent to the Village West Area, Cabela's, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and the Kansas Speedway.

Your application for employment is complete when we have received the following items:

1. A completed USD 203 certified personnel application form.  The application form can be downloaded as a MS Word document by clicking the button below.  It may be completed electronically.  You may also request that an application be mailed to you.  Please call our office.
2. A resume,
3. A cover letter,
4. Credentials, which should include complete transcripts and three confidential letters of reference.  Credentials should be sent to us from the college or university placement center.  Beginning teacher credentials should include letters of reference from both the cooperating teacher and the supervising teacher.  Veteran teacher credentials should include recent letters of reference from immediate supervisors.  If more than one college or university was attended, transcripts are provided from each institution.
5. A photocopy of a current Kansas teaching certificate or license.

We currently are unable to accept electronic transmissions of employment documents.  Please do not fax or email materials to our office.

After applications have been reviewed, selected applicants will be invited for formal interviews.  Due to the high volume of applications received in USD 203, we are unable to personally interview every applicant.  You will be contacted by phone if a formal interview is requested.
